I always read every single day:
CNN.com, Naplesnews.com, News-Press.com, bbc.co.uk, washingtonpost.com
Of course though, not everyone is as obsessive compulsive about the latest headlines as myself.
What always gets me is I see more facebook statuses shocked by the latest episode of Gossip Girl than any with concern with the casualties of over 200 in Mumbai.
Pick up that iPhone & maybe get the AP Mobile News Network app instead of Bejeweled.
These are my personal top 10 news stories of 2008:
- Austrian Josef Fritzi
- Senator Ted Stevens' indictment
- Rod Blagojevich FBI probe
- Elliott Spitzer Scandal
- Missing toddler Caylee Anthony
- Lehman Brothers going bankrupt
- The US officially in recession [do you know what "recession" REALLY means?]
- GM & Chrysler bailout
- The attack in Mumbai
- 2008 US Presidential election: President-elect Barack Obama(duh).
My advice to you, is if you are clueless on more than a couple: get to work on Google & educate yourself.
